By using our Products and Services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Policy or any other privacy or data collection policy applicable to any individual Freedom Studio Network Web site and to receive any required legal notices regarding our privacy practices through the continuous posting of a clear and conspicuous link to the current version of this Privacy Policy throughout the Freedom Studio Network near the bottom of most pages. What This Privacy Policy Covers

  • This policy covers how Freedom Studio treats personal information that Freedom Studio collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Freedom Studio products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
  • This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Freedom Studio does not own or control, or to people that Freedom Studio does not employ or manage. The free email services using the Everyone.Net platform services are covered by a separate privacy policy hosted by Everyone.Net - Freedom Studio has access to only the (1) email user name, (1) first name (if available) and (3) last name (if available).

    Our goal is to become a top Internet destination by providing the information, services, and product offerings that are most relevant to you. To achieve this goal, the Freedom Studio Network must collect information so we can understand what makes you different from other unique users. While you are not required to register for any services on the Freedom Studio Network, some Products and Services may not function properly or may not be accessible unless you do.

    If data is collected and/or maintained by any company other than Freedom Studio, we will tell you at the point of collection.

    How do you use single-pixel gifs?

    Freedom Studio and its advertisers may use single-pixel gif images, sometimes referred to as web bugs or web beacons, to count Web page accesses and gather some general statistical information. Freedom Studio does not gather personal information through the use of these images. Our advertisers may use single-pixel gifs that can track personal information from cookies that may have been previously placed on a user's computer by an advertiser.

    What information do you collect when I purchase something?

    If you are purchasing something from a Freedom Studio property, we and any third party provider, need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us, or third party providers, to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose except as provided in this Privacy Policy without your express permission.

    Opt-in announcement List Privacy Policy

    As an added benefit to the visitors of the Freedom Studio network of sites, we have relationships with independent, third party companies that sends e-mail announcements to individuals who request to receive them. When you sign up for a Freedom Studio e-mail newsletter, you may also be given the opportunity to also receive announcement lists from these companies. Whether you want to receive these announcement lists is your choice; you should only receive those lists you affirmatively choose to.     General

  • Freedom Studio collects personal information when you register with Freedom Studio, when you use Freedom Studio products or services, and when you visit certain Freedom Studio pages. Freedom Studio may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
  • When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with Freedom Studio and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

    Children

  • When a child under age 13 attempts to register with Freedom Studio, we ask that he or she have a parent or guardian create a Freedom Studio account to obtain parental permission.
  • Freedom Studio will not contact children under age 13 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission.
  • Freedom Studio does not ask a child under age 13 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

  • Freedom Studio lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.
